Please contact Chicago HD to inquire about rates and scheduling. Our rates are fair and competitive and we can bid on jobs hourly or by the project. Only equipment rental rates are published in this web site.

Late Start / Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to have our people and rooms ready for your session to begin on schedule because we understand that your time is valuable. Services are billed from the time a session is scheduled to begin until the end of the session. Please try to make your appointment on time. Call us if you have changes to your schedule so that we can adjust our time to accommodate you. Cancellation charges may apply to clients who cancel their session less than 24 hrs. in advance.

Tape Stock Policy

We are happy to supply high quality tape stock to our customers for an additional charge. Clients are welcome to supply their own tape stock and pre-printed labels. These materials must be provided prior to the time of service. No substitutions. Chicago HD is not responsible for dropouts or other tape errors that may occur on tape stock that has been supplied to us by our customers.
