Late Start / Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to have our people and rooms ready for your session to begin on schedule because we understand that your time is valuable. Services are billed from the time a session is scheduled to begin until the end of the session. Please try to make your appointment on time. Call us if you have changes to your schedule so that we can adjust our time to accommodate you. Cancellation charges may apply to clients who cancel their session less than 24 hours in advance.
Tape Stock Policy
We are happy to supply high-quality tape stock to our customers for an additional charge. Clients are welcome to supply their own tape stock and pre-printed labels, however these materials must be provided prior to the time of service. No substitutions. Chicago HD is not responsible for dropouts or other tape errors that may occur on tape stock that has been supplied to us by our customers.
Scheduling and Rush Options
Full-service and self-service are both available. Typically, we try to turn jobs around same day or as quickly as our schedule will allow. Overnight media process sessions may be arranged in advance. Jobs ordered after 1pm for delivery that day may incur a 15% rush charge. Weekend and holiday sessions are billed at a premium rate.

Chicago HD accepts payment with cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal.
