Please contact Chicago HD to inquire about rates and scheduling. We try our best to work with our clients’ constraints when it comes to budgeting. We may bid projects on an hourly, daily, or a conditional, flat rate basis. Only equipment rental rates are published on this web site.

Scheduling and Rush Options

Scheduling your project as far in advance as possible is always ideal, but we understand the last-minute nature of the business. We try to turn jobs around as quickly as our schedule allows. Jobs ordered for same-day delivery may incur a rush charge. Weekend and holiday sessions are billed at a premium rate.

Late Start / Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to have our employees and equipment ready for your session to begin on-time because we understand that your time is valuable. Services are billed from the time a session is scheduled to begin until the end of the session. Please try to arrive to your appointment on time. Call us if you have changes to your schedule so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellation charges may apply to clients who cancel their session less than 24 hours in advance.

Tape Stock Policy

We sell hard drives and broadcast tape stock to our mastering and duplication customers and guarantee its quality. Clients are welcome to supply their own hard drives and tape stock, however these materials must be provided to us prior to the time of service, no substitutions. Chicago HD is not responsible for hard drive malfunction or tape errors and dropouts that may occur on hard drives and tape stock that has been supplied to us by our customers. Customers are responsible for compensating Chicago HD for any time incurred correcting these errors and/or replacement with our stock.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

Chicago HD accepts payment via Zelle, cash, check (established clients only), Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Payment via credit card and PayPal will incur a 3.5% credit processing fee.
